This website is run in association with qualified UK opticians. It's purpose is to provide low cost contact lenses via the internet direct to your door and is manned 7 days a week.

We only supply branded products and for your security all orders are posted to the billing address of the card. All orders are processed and dispatched that day if received before 3.30 pm (15.30) GMT.

We also respond to all e-mails on the day they are received.

All orders and e-mails, both incoming and outgoing, are checked by a qualified contact lens specialist and all our customers are free to ask us questions regarding their lenses.

Please note no lenses can be ordered on this site without a valid prescription.

A valid prescription is one that is not more than one year old and clearly states the type of lens and prescription you have ordered.

Conditions of Sale

The General Optical Council requires all UK based internet sites to validate the prescription of orders placed by UK residents with the prescriber.

This can be done by either emailing, posting or faxing a copy of the prescription, or providing the name and phone number of the optician.

Please note all opticians are obliged by law to provide, without charge, contact lens wearers', a copy of their prescription.

If you do not want us to contact your optician and have not been given a copy of your contact lens prescription, simply phone them and ask for one.

To comply with the law an online transaction can be processed, however the lenses cannot be posted without validation.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your requests and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address unless you authorise us to do so.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
