All online contact lens orders for the UK qualify for free postage.

All contact lens orders are packaged to fit a standard letterbox. Your contact lenses should be with you within 5 days of placing the order however, please be aware that some contact lens online companies advertise a lower price for their contact lenses and then charge postage right at the end.

Our postage cost to Europe is £4.50 and £6.50 for Worldwide Shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
